She has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science (hons), an ACE PT certification and almost 10 years of experience working with Army Commando Engineers. Candy decided to set up these Bootcamps after getting fed up with all the fads and fiction swamping the industry leaving many people confused as to what they should/shouldn’t do and where to turn for the help they need.

A year ago (2014) my nutritionist suggested I contact a trainer called Candy Outten, to help me regain my former fitness and figure and help with my dietary regime. At the time I was suffering from breathing problems and was unable to walk a hundred yards, I was very overweight and had no energy.
After a year working out with the fantastic Candy I am walking miles and even jogging again. I have lost weight and regained my love of life. I am 71yrs old and always thought I would have to take a buggy when playing golf. I am now able to play 36 holes walking thanks to the best, most caring fitness coach in the nation.
Candy is delightful person and her military background stands her in good stead in her chosen profession. She is firm but kind and has the ability to judge exactly how far she can push her clients. I was lucky enough to get my first session with Candy out of a Christmas pudding!
What I liked best was that we were outdoors, using the natural slopes of Green Park, benches, trees and features that were around us.
I went from being sprawled in the mud to reasonable (full) press ups in a short time, due to Candy's bright, motivational encouragement and expertise.

I hired Candy as a personal trainer sometime back and have no hesitation in recommending her.
